The Position We are looking for someone who wants to work with advanced manual welding in both black steel and stainless materials. As a welder at AnVa KSG, you will be building complete products from drawings to finished components; often pipe and sheet metal details with high technical complexity. The tasks are varied, and you will use methods such as MIG/MAG and/or TIG, depending on the project and materials. With us, it is not about monotonous line work – here you will work craft-wise and technically, with great responsibility for quality and the final result. What do we offer you? We are looking for someone who has pride in their work, technical understanding, and an eye for detail. You are meticulous, self-driven, and have the ability to take responsibility for ensuring that each weld is correct – from the first spark to the finished product. You have several years of experience in welding and good familiarity with reading and working from drawings. You thrive in a workshop environment with a strong focus on quality, enjoy collaborating, and are eager to develop within different methods and materials. You have or have had a welding license according to ISO 9606 or similar.

The Company The company AnVa KSG in Trollhättan is a well-established specialist in contract manufacturing of pipe and sheet components with a focus on welding, machining, and sheet metal forming for demanding industries such as gas turbines, offshore, and radar systems. The company was founded in 1983 and currently has 30 employees. AnVa KSG is part of AnVa Industries – a Swedish industrial group with over 440 employees.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with MIG/MAG and/or TIG

• Swedish spoken and written

• Experience in assessing welds according to ISO 5817 or similar

Meritorious

• Experience from the manufacturing industry

• High school technical education or equivalent knowledge

• Forklift and overhead crane licenses

• Driving license B
